Crowweed Stout

An English Style ‘Choffee Stout” brewed with chocolate malt and roasted barley for a full bodied flavor.

Background Story

Running around in Belford when we were young, we would ride our bikes on bridges over creeks.  In the marshes stood reeds of grass that looks like Wheat at the top.  We referred to it as “Crowweed”. The creamy head of the stout reminded us of the tops of reeds, light golden brown with a touch of younger days and good times.
